You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

2.2 Account Types

**Guests**: Can search, book, and review hotels

**Hotel Owners**: Can list properties, manage bookings, and staff

**Staff**: Can manage assigned tasks and operations

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability

Prices are displayed in USD with approximate conversions

Booking confirmations are sent via email and WhatsApp

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by hotel

Refunds are processed according to the hotel's policy

Platform fees are non-refundable

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use the Platform for illegal purposes

Provide false or misleading information

Interfere with the Platform's operation

Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Harass or abuse other users

5. Limitation of Liability

TricomHub acts as a marketplace connecting guests and hotels. We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of hotel listings, disputes between guests and hotels, or loss/damage during stays.
