  • Booking confirmations are sent via email and WhatsApp

  • Refunds are processed according to the hotel's policy
  • Platform fees are non-refundable

  • 4. Prohibited Activities


    You may not:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with the Platform's operation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Harass or abuse other users

  • 5. Limitation of Liability


    TricomHub acts as a marketplace connecting guests and hotels. We are not responsible for the quality or accuracy of hotel listings, disputes between guests and hotels, or loss/damage during stays.
