Welcome to TricomHub. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TricomHub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our platform.

2. Description of Services

TricomHub operates an online marketplace connecting travellers with hotel properties across South Sudan and the region. We provide search, booking, payment processing, and communication tools to facilitate transactions between guests and hotel partners. TricomHub acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of accommodations listed on the platform.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify TricomHub immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through TricomHub are subject to availability and the hotel partner's cancellation and refund policies. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. TricomHub collects a service fee on each transaction as disclosed during checkout.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to post false or misleading information, attempt to circumvent our payment systems, harass other users, scrape data from the platform, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TricomHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TricomHub in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Sudan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Juba, South Sudan.
